Isabelle is the Clinical Administrator at Harley Street Audiovestibular Clinic and plays an integral role in ensuring a calm, efficient, and well-organised patient experience. She brings a strong background in healthcare administration, with previous experience supporting complex patient pathways within a large tertiary hospital setting.

At the clinic, Isabelle oversees appointment scheduling and patient communications, working closely with the clinical and front-of-house teams to ensure enquiries are handled smoothly and with discretion. She is often a key point of contact for patients and referrers, helping to coordinate care from initial enquiry through to ongoing follow-up.

Isabelle also manages the coordination of hearing device appointments and aftercare services through Hearloom, supporting continuity of care and a seamless experience across all aspects of treatment.
