Kulvinder Talewar is a highly specialised physiotherapist with over 28 years’ experience in adult neurology, vestibular disorders, and balance rehabilitation. She established a pioneering NHS Vertigo Clinic, delivering bespoke vestibular care and developing ENT referral pathways in partnership with consultants. Kulvinder also offers tailored private physiotherapy, supporting a diverse range of patients with balance, vestibular, and neurological conditions in both outpatient clinics and home settings.
She holds a Master’s degree from Brunel University, with published research focusing on living with vestibular disorders. Kulvinder has presented her findings on the global stage. As an executive member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists interested in Vestibular Rehabilitation (ACPIVR) from 2007–2014, she raised awareness and advanced evidence-based practice.
Kulvinder recently launched a Paediatric Concussion and Dizziness service at Portland Children’s Hospital, London, and has served as Lead Vestibular Specialist at the Wellington Hospital— the UK’s largest private hospital — for over four years. Her clinical expertise also extends to the management of concussion and complex neurological rehabilitation.
