Paul brings more than 25 years of NHS experience in medical transcription, clinical correspondence and healthcare administration. He began his career in 2000, producing imaging reports, before progressing to the preparation of detailed clinic letters across a broad range of specialties, including Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Allergy and Immunology, Paediatrics, Oral Medicine and Facial Pain.
A significant part of Paul’s career has been dedicated to audiovestibular medicine, through which he has developed extensive knowledge of the specialist terminology, investigations and clinical language associated with hearing and balance disorders. His depth of experience enables him to understand complex clinical information and produce correspondence that is accurate, clear and professionally presented.
Alongside his transcription expertise, Paul has considerable administrative experience. His work includes managing clinical correspondence, organising documentation, maintaining accurate records and supporting clinicians in the timely preparation and completion of patient letters. He approaches these responsibilities with professionalism, discretion and close attention to detail.
Paul joined Harley Street Audiovestibular Clinic in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of NHS experience and specialist knowledge. He takes great pride in the quality of his work and aims to ensure that every document is as close to word-perfect as possible. He is also skilled in developing automated phrases to improve efficiency and consistency, while carefully identifying and highlighting any queries requiring clarification or resolution by the clinician.
